Acceptance
By browsing workspace-brookhub.click or commissioning an engagement from BrookHub Workspace Ltd, you agree to these terms. If you are contracting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
Services described
Pages on this site describe wholesale order analytics and visualisation engagements. Descriptions are informational. A written proposal or statement of work governs any paid engagement and prevails over website copy if the two differ.
Intellectual property
Charts, briefing notes, and visual packs we create for a client are licensed to that client for internal business use on payment of the related fees. BrookHub Workspace Ltd retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and anonymised sample materials. You may not republish our deliverables as a product for sale without written consent.
Client order extracts remain the client’s property. We delete working copies according to the retention schedule in our Privacy Policy unless a longer archive is agreed in writing.
Acceptable use of the website
You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for resale, or submit unlawful or abusive material through forms. We may suspend access that harms the site or other users.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law applicable in Great Britain, BrookHub Workspace Ltd is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. For paid engagements, liability caps and exclusions are set in the statement of work. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Analytics deliverables support commercial judgement; they do not replace your legal, tax, or regulatory obligations as a wholesaler.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Great Britain. Courts in Scotland have non-exclusive jurisdiction, reflecting our Edinburgh registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
