Who it is for
Regional wholesalers, trade distributors, and multi-depot merchants who need a clear picture of how order lines behaved across a defined season or financial quarter. Typical sponsors are buying leads, warehouse managers, and finance partners who share responsibility for fill rates and slow-moving stock.
What you receive
- Cleaned order-line table reconciled against your trade account list
- Visual pack covering account heat, SKU velocity, fill-rate gaps, and backorder clusters
- Written briefing notes (six to ten pages) keyed to the charts
- One ninety-minute readout — video call or in person at our Edinburgh studio
What stays out of scope
We do not rebuild your warehouse system, rewrite ERP rules, or take over day-to-day order entry. If you need ongoing scorecards after the review, ask about a separate monthly retainer.
How the work runs
- Intake — you send a sample extract (CSV or spreadsheet) and name the period to review.
- Reconcile — we match accounts, flag broken codes, and agree inclusions with you.
- Draw — we build the visual pack and draft the briefing.
- Readout — we walk the charts with your lead and leave annotated copies.
Preparation
Export order lines with account code, SKU, quantity ordered, quantity shipped, order date, and promised delivery date where available. Two years of history is ideal; one full season still works.
