When a velocity map should stay on the packing bench

Digital folders vanish between shifts. Several clients ask for a one-page depot poster: large type, limited colour, SKU bands that survive fluorescent light. We design those posters as part of the Account & SKU Velocity Map when requested.

Rules that hold up

• No more than five colour meanings
• Account codes large enough to read from two metres
• A dated footer so last season’s poster is not mistaken for this one

When not to print

If the map changes weekly, a poster becomes wallpaper. Monthly scorecards suit a binder or a shared drive; posters suit decisions that hold for a quarter.
